Sven de Kock

Sven de Kock

has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience. He has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of business and corporate strategy, turnaround management, IT strategy development and IT-related business change management. In the course of his career Sven has worked for several South African corporations and international consulting firms. He has led a number of large-scale transformation projects both in South Africa and abroad and has worked in both public and private sectors. Sven holds two degrees: a Bachelor Business Science (Information Systems, Honours) and a MBA from the University of Cape Town.

Lüizet Ruzow

has over 20 years of consulting and industry experience. Prior to joining FTC she worked in consulting with houses such as McKinsey & Co and Accenture. Her experience includes Strategy and Transformation in the Public Sector as well as the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors; plus extensive operational expertise in Banking and FMCG. She has worked on projects across Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Lüizet holds a BA Honours degree from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey, where she was born and raised, as well as a MBA from the University of Liverpool in the UK.

Clive Mlu Manci

has over 20 years of business and industry experience. Clive has founded a number of successful real estate and investment businesses across South Africa. He is the president of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the KZN Business Chambers Council as well as vise president for Business Unity South Africa (Busa).

Clive is a Harvard Business School graduate.

Adius Ncube

has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience. He has led a number of large and complex consulting projects including the transformation plan for the South African Post Bank’s IT and service-delivery functions, as well as a global operational benchmarking study for a leading engineering and construction company. He has developed a transformation agenda and implementation plan for a leading South African financial services organisation and, more recently, led the largest turnaround project in the history of South Africa’s public service. Adius holds a MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, a MSc (Control Systems) from the University of Sheffield and a BSc (Engineering) from Temple University in the USA.

Efraim Natangwe Nkoshi

Efraim has over 15 years business and investment experience in Namibia. His areas of expertise include: accounting, auditing and taxation, business advisory, internal auditing and controls and
financial management.

Efraim's selected recent consulting experience includes development of strategic business plans for various organisations in Namibia and internal control reviews for various organisations in Namibia.

Alec Boois

has 27 years experience of which 10 years are in private and corporate sectors with a rich background in Law, Labour and Human Resources Management in both Government and semi-government institutions. Alec has been in Executive Management for 17 years and trained in Management and Executive Development. He serves as non-executive director on SOE's. His expertise in Business Strategy Development and Human Resource Management.
